This rental has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that will be good fit for 8 guests. Each room can accommodate 2 guest.
We require 6 months minimum of stay this room for rent.
The house is a two-story house with 1975 SF, it has a kitchen with lots of cabinets, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer included. There are two and a half bathrooms. Garage door opener. Extra driveway to park a boat, RV or extra vehicles.
The entire place is accessible to guests and you can guarantee that you will have your privacy and space.
Please remember that there’s a stair to access the bedrooms.
We recommend parents & guardians to look after and accompany their children when climbing the stairs to avoid any accidents.
House Rules
Guests will be required to read the House Rules and sign the rental agreement!
Parties/Gatherings
No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance.
Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry.
Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches.
Additional Amenities
Plenty of extra pillows of different sizes and firmness. Extra blankets are included as well. There are self-inflating air mattresses available in all of our listings. Extra lighting options throughout the house.
A crib is available upon request. We currently have over 20 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival.
A walker is also available upon request.
