I am a long time local investor that has extensive experience in Wholesaling, Flipping, Rehabbing and of Course my passion of Buy and Hold. I am currently owner of Real Estate Investment Associations in Houston and San Antonio. I currently own and operate a small family run Real Estate Investment company with my wife and kids. My daughter Aubrey runs the short term rentals and my son Justin runs our construction crew with my wife Jan managing the office.
Having been in the Real Estate game since 1982 I am very familiar with the Texas market and buys all over the state. In 2021 we decided to use our knowledge of the Houston market and expand to short and mid term rentals.
Outside of Real Estate I am an avid Bike rider and passionate about health and fitness, having participated in RagBrai 2 years in a row. I am very fortunate that I have had the opportunity to travel all over the world but there is no place like Texas.
