No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance.
Incidental Hold
A refundable $250 Incidental Hold is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the Incidental Hold and honor the house rules. No Incidental Hold means no entry.
Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches.
