Guests stay at the “Back House” which has 5 bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, huge game room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, a newly added outdoor kitchen w/ fridge, sink and island. Cable & Roku, Outdoor TVs by pool, personal sauna, foosball and ping pong!

Extra charge of $75 to heat the hot tub for 3 hours or $480/day. Sorry, it’s expensive but the gas is crazy high and it uses propane.

The house is 2-stories with extra-wide wooden stairs. There are two AC units & thermostats, one per floor. There is a whole-house filter for clean water and a reverse osmosis for the best drinking water. We also recently added a water softening system.

The jets are free. Also, payment needs to be in advance as we’ve had guests say they were going to pay, then didn’t. We also need a minimum 48 hour notice to heat the pool as it literally takes 24 hours or more to heat it.
-Heating of the pool would be an extra charge costs $20/hour to heat the pool, so that comes out to $480/day.
It’s pretty expensive because the price of propane is very high.
– The property is two houses connected with a breeze way, you will rent the “back house” as we call it. It’s 3,400 SQ FT with a breakfast area, kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plates, cups, etc. Also on the first floor there is a huge game room, a full bathroom. On the second floor are located all the bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an office and the laundry area with washer and dryer, also we provide towels.
When we have guests you are the only one to use the backyard, pool, hot tub, ping pong table and grill.
Airbnb caps out at 16 guests maximum, however, we have had 26 people stay in the house for a week. There were 15 kids and 11 adults in that group, and some of the kids were sleeping on air mattresses and/or sleeping bags. They absolutely loved that they were able to have their entire group in one house. We have plenty of extra air mattresses, if needed.

The whole back house is accessible

* There is an outdoor fireplace, palapa, big private pool and hot tub that can fit 12 people.
The back house is connected by a roof to the front house, however, separated by a breezeway. It’s just my wife and I who will be in the front house but we both work and are usually busy so we won’t be around too much.
⭐ We are at the end of the street in a cul de sac, in a big subdivision that has four tennis courts and a public pool.
⭐ At the entrance of the subdivision is a large pond with ducks that neighbors take their children to feed.
⭐ There is also a large gazebo and they have kids parties and weddings.
⭐ There are plenty of trees in our backyard and no neighbors in sight from the backyard / pool area. See aerial photos.
There aren’t any bus lines. If you’re not driving, you’d have to call Uber or a taxi. We are about 30-35 minutes from Bush airport and about 40 minutes from Hobby airport.

House Rules
Guests will be required to read the House Rules and sign the rental agreement.
Parties/Gatherings
No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance.
Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry.
Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches.
Additional Amenities
Plenty of extra pillows of different sizes and firmness. Extra blankets are included as well. There are self-inflating air mattresses available in all of our listings. Extra lighting options throughout the house.
A crib is available upon request. We currently have over 20 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival.
A walker is also available upon request.
